Meet the Founder
Trenton Rengo
Certified General Appraiser | Real Estate Broker | Investment Advisor Representative
Trenton Rengo began his commercial real estate appraisal career in January 2012 as a trainee appraiser.
He attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Land Use Economics in May 2015.
While still in college, Trenton completed the requirements to become a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Nebraska, officially receiving his license in June 2015.
He later expanded his professional capabilities by obtaining his Real Estate Broker License in June 2020, allowing him to offer comprehensive appraisal, brokerage, and advisory services under one firm.
With over a decade of professional experience, Trenton has completed appraisals across a wide range of commercial property types and valuation applications.
His portfolio includes office, retail, industrial, development land, and special-purpose properties throughout Nebraska.
He has provided appraisal services for:

Trenton also expanded his work in client-focused guidance by becoming an Investment Advisor Representative with McMill Wealth, Inc. in May 2025, allowing him to support individuals with long-term financial planning and investment strategy.
